Many would say I'm bubbly, energetic and caring. I am always bouncing around, searching for the next obstacle race or distance run that I can complete however I do love a good film and lazy day. 

Anyway, I love blogging and it is one of my favourite pass times so I decided to start Buff & Beauty where I could share my sporting passion but also have a space to review and show off the latest beauty trends
